    Care was provided for my mother in her first week at home after having a hip replacement. The standard of care was excellent. The assessment process (arranged at very short notice) appeared very thorough and my mother was delighted with the professionalism and kindness of her Carer. She gave her real confidence in showering and dressing and provided a range of helpful advice. She also provided a very good level of general domestic support alongside the personal care.     We didn’t look for alternative quotations as we were confident Advantage Healthcare would provide the service required following meeting with a member of the Advantage Team. If we require assistance in the future we would have no hesitation in using Advantage. -

    We were in a complicated situation and time was very limited before the required start date of care. Advantage Healthcare was recommended to us. When we phoned they were very helpful and rang us back more than once to keep us updated with what was going to happen. Our enquiry was for 24 hour cover at home starting in 5 days time from our call to Advantage.My father became ill very quickly and rapidly deteriorated, suffering with cancer. The staff we spoke to were most helpful and very quickly arranged for two ladies to come and meet with my sister and myself at my father’s home.Unfortunately, 2am on the morning they were due to visit, my father passed away. We rang and left an answerphone message to save the ladies an unnecessary journey, but they missed the message and one of the ladies arrived as arranged at 9am. She very kindly stayed with us while the undertakers came. She was very helpful, and to be honest, I can’t speak highly enough - John and Margaret Stevenson*
